Meta4etry (the tear i drank) was Brad’s first published book of poetry.  It was written when Brad was 17 & 18 years old and frequenting The Nuyorican Poet’s Cafe and other spoken word poetry venues in the NYC/Tri-State area in the late 1990’s/early 2000’s. Brad was a Poetry Slam Semi-Finalist in 2000 at The Nuyorican Poet’s Cafe in LES, NYC and at Euphoria in Newark, NJ.  Meta4etry was published later that year by BurrowsInk, the small press started by acclaimed Brooklyn poet, Ainsley Burrows.  Meta4etry is now Out of Print.
